I would check around at your local grocery stores to see if they carry the tofu you are looking for. I'm not a fan, so I wouldn't know the first thing about those ingredients.

If you are unable to find that specific item, I would suggest adding the tofu that you like to your list of favorites.

If it is in the tracker I don't think it is necessarily a recommendation. You can enter your brand in the tracker by adding food not listed and input the information from your brand.

Tofu, firm, prepared with calcium sulfate and magnesium chloride (nigari)

This is the way it's listed on the tracker. The tofu I bought was the firm kind. Those 2 ingredients were not listed. I see mine has more calories.

I'm learning to like it, but where can I get the kind SP recommends.
