When I'm craving ice cream, I LOVE those Klondike "Slim-a-Bear" fudge bars. Creamy and YUMMY!

I really like chocolate and peanut butter and found a chocolate peanut butter in the store that I shop that has combined the two and the calories are the same as the lite regular peanut butter. I can get both at once and not think that I am cheating.

my favs for substituting so far: sugar free stuff, jenni-o lean turkey bacon (only 20 cal a slice!)... and juicing my fruits and veggies... yummy!
also... when i'm having a tough time wanting to just eat, eat, eat... i chew a piece or 2 or 3 ;) of sugarfree gum and it gets me through... especially good when i'm making a meal so i don't graze before eating the final product ;)

You all have picked my faves! I can't think of any others right now except for all the fat free dressings I use. As long as it isn't ranch, it's usually pretty tasty! Who ever said you had to sacrifice taste for your health?

GREAT topic! I have substituted:

"enhanced" pastas (like Ronzoni, Healthy Harvest, etc.) for regular pasta.

Fat free sour cream for low fat, as well as low fat mayo for regular (no one around here has noticed).

94% fat free Orville Redenbacher Popcorn for every crappy snack I used to scarf down in the evening.

Ground turkey for ground beef in chili & spaghetti sauce.

I have lots of others, but those are the ones that come right to mind.

I like having Wheat bread that is light, so I can eat 2 pieces for the same calories as one slice of regular bread emoticon

My favorite is turkey bacon (25 calories) as opposed to regular bacon (80 calories). It took awhile to find one I like but Butterball's turkey bacon tastes great cooked in the microwave until it is very crispy.

I have switched to strawberry syrup instead of pancake syrup. They have about the same calories, but the strawberry syrup has no sodium which is a HUGE problem for me.
