That was a beautiful motivator. My favorite line was something to the effect of "maybe you've gotten away from yourself and now it is time to come home." I think it stuck out to me b/c so much time has been being a mom, wife, friend, sister and daughter that I did get away from taking care of myself. Oh well, just a thought....thanks for sharing, all of it was good, positive affirmations to keep going.
