We will celebrate our 3rd anniversary with SP at the end of January, so let's turn it up a little.

1. Continue your regular exercise routine.
2. Add just 10 minutes of cardio (your choice) each day for at least 5 of 7 days each week.
3. Post each weekend what extra cardio you did.
