With the computer down I have managed to go a bit astray. But it goes to show just how important tracking is to this weight loss. Even through I was writting everything down it did not work as well. But that was in the past and now I have to get everything in the tracker and back on track.

BeckyHow is the steps going? I did manage to keep that moving in the right direction!
