Hi!

I hope you are keeping up with your goal! I just saw it, and I myself am now trying to get involved again, after multiple attmepts. I liked your goal, of keeping it very simple, to just log in each day. I think I will join you! Start small, work up to big things! Here's to new beginnings again!

I just recently rejoined after being away for a year, so my simple goals just include getting back into the swing of things. I haven't had any water in a year, so focus on getting one or two a day. Any exercise at all. And check in at SparkPeole every day.

I'm walking to my best friend's house 374 miles away!

I'm so glad you decided to come back so her's a big WELCOME BACK to you! Sparkpeople has helped me in so many ways. I enjoy logging everything I eat because it helps me to be accountable for what I put in my mouth; I love seeing my fitness points go up everyday; I enjoy reading about all the inspirational stories; I look forward to reading the daily blogs and on; and on. I could keep going but I'll make it short. The important thing is your back and that's great.

You know what else has been wonderful??? The responses from fellow "sparkpeople"! I'm sitting here getting ready to crash after making it through today where I managed to eat 1600 calories. A bit over my goal of 1200-1500 but I'm still proud cuz I didn't eat the nighttime bowl of cereal I really wanted. Instead,I logged on and saw all these replies...VERY ENCOURAGING TO KNOW YOUR NOT ALONE! (laying bed, trying to fall asleep with food craving pains)
I can't wait to start my day with SP tomorrow!

emoticon and emoticon back. I started in Jan. 2008 but never posted and didn't stayed with it. I came back in Nov. and started to post it has helped me stay motivated.

Hi All!
I joined sparkpeople last year and guess what? I never posted and I never stayed motivated soooo I'm back and now I am becoming more involved.
I pray my new commitment will help.

How about a goal of just "checking in" everyday?

I would like a seemingly simple goal. Starting my day with Sparkpeople may just be the encouragement I need!
