A challenge would be great. This past month I've been slipping on my exercise and eating. To many things going on, went back to school- two classes and ran an encampment for 160 Girl Scout a few weeks back and took all my time and energy. I typicaly ride my bike 50-70 miles a week. Over the past month it went down to 20 a week. My goal would to be get organized again and back on track. I could use a good challenge. Bring it on

There is a challnge in my new weight watchers mag. that might be good for everyone. It's a 7 day bootcamp challenge, it's cardio and strength training and it can be for beginners and more advanced. It seems good to me. Let me know how everyone feels about it.

I would vote for a challenge that is to loose a certain amount of pounds for the month. Or, a certain percentage of your current weight.

Another one that I have had fun doing in another team is to try and log a certain number of miles for the month. Like for the month of March get 150 miles in some form. Stationary bike, elliptical, treadmill. It has kept me working towards the "finish" line.

i personally perfer challenges that focus on weight loss. none of that counting points crap!

I guess that we havent decided on a new challenge?

Since March is coming up, it may be a great time to decide on one.

A few suggestions that I have is:

1)Biggest Losers challenge where we break into small teams and go off of the percentage lost per week and it would run for a specified amount of time

2)Last One Out Wins where we weigh in weekly and it goes until there is only one person left - you are still in if you remain the same or lost but are out if you gain or forget to weigh in.

3)Points Challenge for March - try to get a specified amount of points each and also the person with the most points in March wins.

Anyone intersted in any of theses?

In a couple of other teams I belong to they have the following.
1. walk 10,000 steps per day
2. exercise 150 min per week
3. Get 30 minutes per day of exercise

I'm in a couple of other sites and their challenges is getting in at least 8 glasses of water per day or staying within calorie range. Hope this helps.

I agree, I could use a challenge however in the food and nutrition part, I do fine with the exercising!
