I feel like I had little sit down time today other than the 1-1 1/3 in church. I've been on the go all day, but I did get a lot accomplished for which I feel good.

I've been walking 30-60 minutes 3-5 per week for the past 3 weeks. It's a great stress reliever and keeps my appetite down.

9/19 I worked three hours in the snack bar at the high school football game, a very high paced experience and we lost the game in the last minute with a field goal to break the tie.

I"m in. We are on vacation right now, but went sightseeing and did a lot of walking. We were at Mt Vernon to see Washington's estate-Did about 2 hours of walking around, and a couple of hours just looking at things.

WOOHOO I got up at 4:45 this morning and went for a 30 minute run. Boy 6 days off of exercise (was in a minor car accident) can kill a person! Dr. said it was OK to ease back into my running last night, so I was so excited I could hardly sleep last night!

I will try my best but it will be hard for me as I am now trying to care for Hubby who now has End Stage Renal Diesease. Which means a lot of Dr's appointments and dialysis. But I really will give this a go as I need to get back into walking outdoors more and exercising more!

I am going to try my hardest. I am having a hard time getting moving lately. I dont have a babysitter to go to the gym, and my treadmill at home doesntl ike me, and its cold in Maine now at night! so those are my excuses, even though they dont mean a darn thing! I have gained 3 pounds and dontl ike it! Ia m gonna try my hardest. and i will post in my logs if i do or not!

OK friends - there are 15 days of September left. The weather is changing and it's time to get back outside and get MOVING!

Your challenge - GET MOVING for at least 30 minutes EVERY DAY for the rest of this month. You choose the activity (walk, bike, hike, swim,run, etc. etc.), just get GOING!
