I would also like to loose at least 5-10 lbs this coming month. The beginning of this month has been very stressful so far, but I am working on trying to not emotionally eat, so hopefully things will improve.

Recently I had been thinking about my small rewards but today I finally wrote them down, and it seems to have great motivation for me to work hard.

I joined the team goals and plan to lose 5 pounds in July.

I'm with you - Hubby and I have our 25 year HS reunions coming up (his at the end of August, mine in Sept.), so I have LOTS of incentive to get as close to goal as possible.

Each month, I revisit my goals and put them in my signature line, so that's my plan for the month.

I hear you I am maintaining not loosing. I would like to loose at least five pounds and probably ten to have a safety net for long term weight loss. I am going to start tracking everything again and follow a strict plan. July is going to be tough though lots and lots of activities and celebrations coming up.

What are you doing this month to get you closer to your goals? This month, start anew and do it right. June was busy for me so I didn't have time to exercise and eat the way I wanted to. I want to lose 10 pounds this month and today is day 1. I am going to eat and exercise the way I should and let others know how I am doing. Do you want to join me? Have a great month!
