I'm not sure what it is you're drinking because it so hot but try to sub most of it with water. If you don't like the taste chop some lemon and limes into segments and put them in the freezer, then put a couple in your glass of water to sweeten it up and cool it down!

YAY - You logged back on and that's the first step. What's done is done and you are definitely doing the right thing by looking ahead instead of beating yourself up about the past.

Before this next weekend, you need a plan. If you know you are going to eat pizza, eat a big salad loaded with veggies (skip the croutons, meat and cheese) first. I LOVE pizza, and that's what works for me.

Plan your calories out in advance - be sure to include healthy snacks. Also, before reaching for a snack, drink a glass of water. Water is sometimes the first thing to slide on the weekend.

By planning ahead and being conscious of your choices, you CAN and you WILL be successful this coming weekend!

Keep that small strak going!

Pizza..Yum! But I have learned that 1 piece is not enough for me and so I try and stay away from it. So you have had your piece and now you can start a streak of how long it will be before you have more. Set a goal, say the next time you have pizza will be a month. Try your best to reach that goal.

Or use a goal that you will eat in range, then use it as a streak to see just how many days in a row you can do it. Maybe the first time it will be 5 days then the next time reach for at least one more day and so on. Before long you will be staying in range and feel much better about your self and your accomplishments.

It's hot here in NY! While I was OK with food over the weekend, my beverage intake made up for my allotment and then some.
It's hard after you drop off to get back on. Today...I ate way too much food-3 slices of pizzeria pizza for starters.
Glad I logged on. Just coming back to the site and reading the "challenge" is setting me straight.
I'll do my best to catch up.
Could use some tools on what to do so I don't repeat the error of my ways this weekend.
Thanks for listening! emoticon
