Finally posting totals. Sorry, my Friday last week was awful and the weekend just INSANE. I was actually glad to get to Monday...

Cardio: walked 1 hour (with my husband, which was a bonus!)
Progress: too early to tell

Cardio: walked 20 mins - had to go home because rec'd call that our fire alarms were going off, so had to rescue him

from the neighbors and call 911 YIKES!
