I loved this challenge. I fell off the wagon a few times, but when I worked it, it really works. The equation is simple...eat less, exercise more. I always thought that sounded easy, yet impossible, but now I know it does work.

I am with you Jayne! I would like to see this challenge continue. So I am going to keep doing this on my own. I have my papers and pencil right by the computer and I plan on staying with this.

I have lost 4# on this although I would have liked to lose more it does show us why we don't and that is good.

Maybe we can get a few more who want to keep it up with us.

Thanks for asking about me, NIAMHCAS. I get down when the rainy weather hangs on and I can't got outdoors and enjoy the sun. I am feeling better and hope to get out and enjoy some of the sun that is supposed to be around today. Rain coming in tonight and will be here form Mother's Day so I don't think I will be doing much. I am keeping up with the Bootcamp videos and that seems to help. Gives me a feeling of accomplishment. Anyone who has not tried it should give it a whirl. Can't do it all but get most of it done with some modifications.

I just feel Blah today. I weighted in on one of my teams and did not lose anything. I will have to see how Monday goes as that is my usual weight in day. I should be happy that I have lost 4# for this challenge os far but sure would like to see the scale move another one down.

The weather is probably not helping as it has been cold and rainy for the last couple of days. I have not got out as much due to that so that could have something to do with my feel a bit down.

Colds seem to be going around now. Lots of people at work have them.

So, I woke this morning with a terrible cold. Hence, I have yet to make it to the gym. Not even sure I can. I feel miserable. Disappointed at this point as I felt I would be able to move the scale this week. The only positive is I don't feel much like eating so my calories will be lower. I will definitely have to get moving Friday and Sat.

I am also doing the Beach Body Bootcamp which I have been enjoying. I love these challenges because they keep my accountable. Will check back in later.

I feel pretty good, and also hope the some kind of challenge to keep going. I started work, joined a gym, and try to walk on all my breaks at work. I only got to walk yesterday, but tonight after work will go to the gym again.

Niamh, in response to your questions I've been doing so much better since I started this. I'm much more committed so I've actually seen the number on the scale go down. Which is always awesome. Sorry it took me so long to update. The end of the semester has definitely been killing me. Week 2 which I already posted was a bad week for me being under my calorie range. I probably should have but I didn't. *sigh* Anyway, so far this week is going much better and I'm doing the Bootcamp so yay!! =)

I got out for more walking today and then went to the gym after work.
I was getting in the habit of snacking at work, so trying to break that habit soon. The snacking was mostly on fruit or the 100 calorie snacks, but it all adds up.

I am disappointed about this past week. I thought that I would have had a loss but I did not. Even gained 1/2 in hips the rest of the measurements stayed the same. My only thought is that maybe this is a water gain and only very temporary. I hope!

wow look at those losses you're doing great girls! third week almost done, only one week to go, I can't wait to see the final results!

JAYNE51, i bring all my meals to work with me so I can enter the calories beforehand and be sure i'm within range. It takes a bit of prep but once you get used to it, its a breeze!

I have been eating more than necessary the last couple days apparently. I just started back to work so easy not to keep track until at night and by then it is to late to change. Going to have to try harder.
The weather is getting rainy here again so harder to get out and exercise outside.

So I did really bad this week. Like unhealthy bad this week. I really need to work on eating more. I can't believe I was only at 803 calories on Thursday!! And we went out to eat. Oh well. And I know I only ate 638 calories yesterday, but it was because I was depressed and wasn't hungry. I'm honestly gonna work harder on making it into my range this coming up week. I don't know if I lost anything or gained anything because I don't have a scale here and I won't be home again until next weekend, but I think that's perfectly fine not to know this week. I think it'll be better if I just focus on being healthier and then see what happens next week.

I feel better this morning than yesterday. I know I was not in calorie reange but I did not go over like the day before. I had a good first week. Its a bit tough, but I added to my cardio each day with running or elliptical before my "scheduled" class. I feel pretty good with this challenge so far and hope to keep it up. Will weigh in tomorrow and go from there. I know when I go back to work on the 28th this is going to be more of a challenge.

I also realized the most that I could lose in a week is 4,326 calories so less then 1.25 lbs anymore then that I would get discouranged.

In the 12 week Biggest Loser Challenge Round 19, I WILL lose 9 pounds – which is about 1 pound per week on average.
