Thank you for all the encouragements. I am just taking a break on challengesm, tracking food (hopefully that will change by tomorrow though) and exercise until after my life calms down April 18 (my major project is due Apr 10 and my final is April 17 and I am so behind on being ready for it.) But I will be back for the challenge come Apr 18.

I think that we should make a rule that at least once a week or even you have to challenge everyone in the challenge once a week but after that it can be anyone since there is only 4 of us left on this and personally there is only so much I can say to one person each week.

3/09 - Calories: 1270 Encouraged: Jackieanne4

I did not set a goal for myself for the 9th but my goal for the 10th is to do some stretches and floor exercises tonight while I have a few minutes watching TV.

3/10 - Calories: 1473 (yes) I did do stretches and exercise. For the 11th I will walk an extra mile.

3/11 - Calories: 1364 Goals Met: I met 1/2 the goal, I only walked about a 1/2 mile over what I normally do. Goal for 12th will be to 50 crunchers tonight, and I hate to do those.

3/12 - Calories: 1650 Goals Met: Yes did not think so but I put the last 10 in just before I went to bed. Goal for the 12th is to get at least 8 hours since I have been falling way short of that this week.

3/13 - Calories: 1368 Goals Met: No I only got 6 hours of sleep Had to get up to early this morning and it is hard to go to bed @ 7 in the evening. Today's goal will be to do some stretches before bed tonight.

3/14 - Calories: 1450 Goals Met: yes

3/15 - Calories: 1364 Goals Met: No extra goals set or met.

3/16 - Calories: 1630 Goals Met: No extra goals set or met.

3/09 - Calories: 1270 Encouraged: Jackieanne4

I did not set a goal for myself for the 9th but my goal for the 10th is to do some stretches and floor exercises tonight while I have a few minutes watching TV.

3/10 - Calories: 1473 (yes) I did do stretches and exercise. For the 11th I will walk an extra mile.

3/11 - Calories: 1364 Goals Met: I met 1/2 the goal, I only walked about a 1/2 mile over what I normally do. Goal for 12th will be to 50 crunchers tonight, and I hate to do those.

3/12 - Calories: 1650 Goals Met: Yes did not think so but I put the last 10 in just before I went to bed. Goal for the 12th is to get at least 8 hours since I have been falling way short of that this week.

3/13 - Calories: 1368 Goals Met: No I only got 6 hours of sleep. Had to get up to early this morning and it is hard to go to bed @ 7 in the evening. Today's goal will be to do some stretches before bed tonight.
