As a team, you will be competing by turning in your points each week for eating according to your nutrition plan (1 point each day that you stay on plan), exercising 30 minutes or more (1 point for each day that you do this) and for earning at least 50 sparkpoints (you earn 1 point for each day that you exceed 50 sparkipoints.) Each team member can earn a maximum of 21 points per week. It is really important that you track this stuff and turn your points in on time - your team is counting on you!

Team spirit is one of the most fun parts of this challenge! Here are some ideas to show your team spirit:
- Take your team's name and decorate your sparkpage to match the theme
- Leave encouraging messages and sparkgoodies on your team member's spark pages.
- Each team will have their own message thread, so post to the thread each day to check in with your team and let them know how you are doing.
- Go over to the challenge message board (The Spice Rack) and engage in some friendly smack-talk with the other teams.
- Post encouraging shout-outs on the San Antonio team message board

Don't worry if you aren't happy with your measurements - I am going to keep them 100% confidential (I will only announce percentages lost) and by the time this challenge is over, you will look AH-MAZING!!!!

Here are the measurements I need - just copy and paste this template into your email and send it to me (UNSTOPPABLEJEN):

- Neck - Standing, measure your neck at its largest girth, right over the Adam's apple.
- Arm - Measure at its largest girth, relaxed with arms at side.
- Chest - Standing, measure with breath out just over the nipple.
- Waist - Standing, measure at the narrowest point.
- Belly Button- Standing, measure around your stomach area with the tape directly over your belly button.
- Hips - Measure at the largest girth, where the butt is protruding the greatest.
- Thigh - Standing, measure at the largest girth.
- Calf - Seated if you are measuring yourself or standing if you have a partner, measure at its largest girth.

NOTE: For this challenge, you will measure one side of your body. I recommend measuring your dominant side (it tends to be a bit larger because you use it more.) For example, I am right handed, I will take measurements of my right arm, thigh, and calf.

Amanda, we are running behind, but we are working on it. I'm more than sure everyone will have a team name and assignment very, very soon. It will be fun to decorate our pages and profile pics to reflect our teams, won't it?

Laura, don't be depressed. Look at it as a project, like when you refinish a piece of furniture or remodel a room. You loved that room or piece of furniture enough to freshen it up and make it better, right? You need to love the body you have, the skin you are in, the YOU that is in there enough to look at this with excitement - Think about where you are going to be and how you are going to look and feel in two months! Chin up!

Let me begin with how much I have missed you sparklys! Thank you for allowing me to crawl back to you with bare feet and blooming belly. I am excited to join the SA team in a spice challenge all the way from Humble, Texas. I've missed you ladies.

- 30 min cardio 7 days a week, 15 min weight training 3 days a week.

Hobbies/interests:
Painting, Sewing, Crochet... all of which must be accompanied by music or marathon watching netflix. Running, lifting weights... which must also be accompanied by music. Educating 4 yr old daughter.

I got so happy when I saw the SPICE challenge had returned! I did this once before a couple of years ago, I had gotten results so I am super happy to do this again! Hopefully I will develop a great habbit and keep it up after the challenge is over.
