If you have not yet done so, please send me a sparkmail with your measurements. I need to get these no later than Sunday, November 2. Don't worry if you aren't happy with your measurements - I am going to keep them 100% confidential (I will only announce percentages lost) and by the time this challenge is over, you will look AH-MAZING!!!!

Here are the measurements I need - just copy and paste this template into your email and send it to me (UNSTOPPABLEJEN):

- Neck - Standing, measure your neck at its largest girth, right over the Adam's apple.
- Arm - Measure at its largest girth, relaxed with arms at side.
- Chest - Standing, measure with breath out just over the nipple.
- Waist - Standing, measure at the narrowest point.
- Belly Button- Standing, measure around your stomach area with the tape directly over your belly button.
- Hips - Measure at the largest girth, where the butt is protruding the greatest.
- Thigh - Standing, measure at the largest girth.
- Calf - Seated if you are measuring yourself or standing if you have a partner, measure at its largest girth.
NOTE: For this challenge, you will measure one side of your body. I recommend measuring your dominant side (it tends to be a bit larger because you use it more.) For example, I am right handed, I will take measurements of my right arm, thigh, and calf.
