Pick the fitness activity of your choice, walking, running, cycling indoor or out, elliptical, anything you are able to keep track of mileage. Go for at least one mile a day in the month of may, if easier to track weekly, go for at least 5 miles a week. emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon
