I keep saying I'm going to dig my weights back out, but then I forget and don't use them. But I NEED TO- thanks for the reminder!

I have both 1 and 2 pound dumb bells; because of problems I've had with my left shoulder, my pain specialist doesn't want me lifting anything heavier than that. I use them during my chair workouts at least 3-4 times per week. On the days I don't use the dumb bells, I use my exercise band.

I have a set of 2lb weights from Walk Away The Pounds that are soft, filled with sand I think, and fit around my hands like fingerless gloves. I use them while doing some of my WATP workouts. I also have a set of barbell-style 5 lb weights, I don't use these as much as I should.

This week we focus on small dumbbells for arm workouts. emoticon emoticon emoticon Try 1, 2 or 3 lb weights to help sculpt and shape your arms, As women age, our arms sometimes get bigger, seems to come along with menopause. Measure your arms, and choose comfortable weights and workouts that fit what you are trying to accomplish. Go for 10 minutes or less to start, remember all the Spark videos available to help you reach your goals.
