I haven't done well this week at all; I just didn't feel up to it but I am planning to work really hard the remainder of the week to try to catch up.

Thursday, water aerobics for 1 hour and a 30 minute strength workout; Friday, water aerobics again for an hour; Saturday, I walked 4.25 miles and today I walked 1.55 before a strength workout. Sunday was a rest day so I didn't do much.

Well, let me catch up. I see I haven't posted since Monday.

Tuesday - 44 minutes active as measured by fitbit.
Wednesday - 33 minutes
Thursday - 60 minutes of water aerobics and then 30 minutes of strength training.
Friday - 15 minutes on treadmill and 30 minutes of strength training.
Saturday - I have a scheduled four mile walk which takes abouit 75 minutes. I may go to the pool afterwards for water aerobics because I missed my class today.

Friday I went to the health club

Sat. worked out at home emoticon emoticon

yesterday (sunday) Nice 2 mile hike and also did my at home workout. emoticon emoticon emoticon

16 minutes on the treadmill this morning before I did a 30 minute strength workout with the trainer. More walking outdoors this afternoon scheduled.

Every new month is a chance to try something new and work harder on your fitness goals. Aim for at least 10 minutes of exercise per day, Try weights, join a gym, get out and take a nice autumn hike What can you add to your routine, do you have small weights, a stability call, kettle ball, you may want to add some of these to your home workouts. Share your workouts and how anything new is going. emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon Don't let the time change get you down, do 10 minutes of exercise to get you going for the evening!. Post here and let the team know how you are doing! emoticon emoticon
