Today's Coping Skill is "Imagine: Create a mental picture that helps you feel different (for example, remember a safe place)." Our minds are very powerful! If you are having an anxiety attack, for example, just remember a time when you felt safe. If you are manic, remember something that calms you down, like a favorite stuffed animal. Use your imagination to get you out of a rough spot!
