Today's Coping Skill is "Cry- Let yourself cry, it won't last forever!" Crying is a good thing, and it releases a lot of pent-up emotions. Let yourself cry and get it out instead of holding it in. Crying won't last forever and is actually a really healthy thing to do! Don't be afraid to cry!
