First if all I'm going to be a bit inconsistent here. I'm going to give some links to pages that indicate a daily amount of carbs. I'm going to ask you to ignore the carb information, but take everything else.
=================================
CARBOHYDRATES 0 GRAMS
====================================
So for information on daily carbohydrate requirements, it is none. Here on Wikipedia:
en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Carbohydrate
On that page it says:
"Carbohydrates are a common source of energy in living organisms; however, no carbohydrate is an essential nutrient in humans."

So the daily requirement of carbohydrates is zero grams. You don't need any. All they provide is energy. Now there are other things you need, like vitamin C, and chances are you need to eat something to get that, and you will eat some carbs. But the carbohydrates themselves, not needed.
====================================
PROTEIN 50 GRAMS
====================================
FAT 80 GRAMS
====================================
So what about protein? Well this page covers it all:

en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Reference_Da
il
y_Intake

So roughly 80 grams if fat, and 50 of protein. It does also say about 275 grams of carbs, but like I said, I'll ignore that due to information at the first page, and can come up with yet another page, like this one on essential nutrients:
en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Essential_nu
tr
ient#/search

A list of stuff on that page, and again carbohydrates are not listed as essentisl.

If you want to look at a host of minerals, and other stuff, and daily needs, do your lookup on the nutritiondata website. I googled "nutritiondata steak" and found this page pretty easily:
nutritiondata.self.com/facts/beef-pr
od
ucts/3792/2

For your typical steak there is a wealth of information. No carbs at all. 123 grams of protein, and it says that is 247% of your daily needs, which is consistent with the 50 grams being the daily reference amount on Wikipedia. Looks like that steak is a little big.

====================================
MINERALS VITAMINS ETC. ETC.
====================================
So if you really want to track your nutrition, nutritiondata is your site. Plenty of daily value information there, but again please ignore the carbs daily value.

P.S. If you hunt around you may find slightly different numbers. Like 65 grams of protein per day, or 75. But you probably don't find 100 or more. Likewise the fat number may vary a little, and yoh can also argue that like shoes, one size doesn't fit all. A 180 man who is fit and trim probably needs different quantities than a petite woman who is 120 pounds. So take the numbers with a grain of salt. It is your first dart in the nutrition board.
