My November goals are.....

1. to actually lose some weight, any amount. emoticon NO

2. drink more water, I am starting to drink less as it is really cold in my house. emoticon Most days I made 10 glasses

3. eat more fruits and veggies. emoticon Not really as much as I would like, but I did do better. Still needs work

4. since I work earlier now I have not been walking as much, so.... more exercise. emoticon NO

Stick to Bright Line Eating 90% or more of the time. Probably more like 80%
2000 fitness minutes. No, due to injury.

Did great on 1,2,3,
#4 was sewing projects and they fell behind. No problem. If you don't have sewing goals they definitely do not get done so...they move to December's list!

A: My goals:

1. 1,500+ exercise minutes * didn't meet this one

2. 100+ minutes of Strength training a week * met this, except for the last week.

3. List things I'm grateful for before bed * yes I did this one!

4. Use c-pap to sleep whenever I'm able to (meaning only when can't use it like if the power goes out) ** Yes, I did this. I have used my c-pap every night since I got it on either Sept 3 or 4th.
