Basics of bright line: No sugar, no flour, eat three meals a day with no snacks, measure food.

Breakfast - 4 oz protein, 6 oz fruit, 1 grain
Lunch - 4 oz protein, 6 oz fruit, 6 oz veggies, 1 fat
Dinner - 4 oz protein, 14 oz veggies, 1 fat

Iím finding it is great for my diabetes. My blood sugars are ranging between 80 and 110. Losses are typically 1-3 pounds a week. I just started it a couple of weeks ago.

What is a Bright Line Eating plan?

My goals for April are.....
I am still pretty weak from being sick so I am going to take it slow and easy this month.

1. walk 3 days a week
2. gym 1 days a week
3. track at least 3 days a week
4. move at least 5000 steps per day
5. make an effort to eat more fruits and veggies, this one is extremely hard for me!

My April Goals are the same as March:

1. At least 22 days with steps at least 10,000. (One of these months, I will finally meet this goal)

2. Stick to my Dr food plan at least 75% of the time. Ideally only under 5 days not on plan.

3. 1,000 exercise minutes

4. Tackle my mending pile and drastically reduce it.
