Well...1,2,3, accomplished
4 ...the sewing I wanted to do got set aside as one psych unit has new scrubs and I had to take about 120 pairs of pants home and sew the pockets closed....there went my sewing time
But it upped the charitable time emoticon

November Goals:

1) continue 7-9 Freggies daily; 7,000+ steps 6 days each week; focus on protein
2) 80 minutes heavy exercise each week
3) 16 hours charitable activities during the month
4) sewing: 2 shirts & 3 doll outfits for Gabe; 15 dog collar covers for sisters; purse for self; 4 feed sack bags for Marcia

My goals:

1. 1,500+ exercise minutes

2. 100+ minutes of Strength training a week

3. List things I'm grateful for before bed

4. Use c-pap to sleep whenever I'm able to (meaning only when can't use it like if the power goes out)

My goals are.....

1. to actually lose some weight, any amount.

2. drink more water, I am starting to drink less as it is really cold in my house.

3. eat more fruits and veggies.

4. since I work earlier now I have not been walking as much, so.... more exercise.
