June Goals:

1. At least 1,200 exercise minutes for the month

2. At least 10,000 steps for 20 days or more

4. Track my food

We are traveling for 3 weeks in June so my goals are based on that.

1. Stick to Bright Line Eating.
2. Exercise 4-5 times a week, including lots of walking/hiking.
3. Sleep 7-8 hours a day.
4. Drink 8 cups of water daily.

What are your goals for the month?

My June goals are simple this month, I am still having some feet/heel problems. Plus I will be working a bunch more days this month, covering for our other clerk.

Get back into walking 2-3 times a week
Go to the gym at least 1 times a week
Track at least 3 days a week
