Monday, 120 minutes of exercise today 110 cardio and 10 stretching. boy am I sore tonight, just added more soreness to my shoulders with ironing yesterday, and getting ready with packing and then stretching. Guess I will go put my massaging gadgets on my shoulders next before bed.

I need to do more cardio- like walking! Gonna be hard outside, since the 90's are back!!

Working this week on a recommitting to my exercise...was slacking off a bit before.

30 minutes cardio today. So had my test down yesterday, finally got to eat last night. Both then and today, didn't eat to much. It will get better though. Will not be able to do anything strenuous until next Wednesday, Doctors order, so no strength exercises for sure.
