I feel that pilates is a core strengthener. It is also builds greater flexibility. I feel looser (untightened) afterward and energized even though it was a workout.
I had signed up for strengthening class which would also have been good for the core, but I didn't get that. I'm doing round two of pilates and I find that I can do more of the exercises more easily, which I am pleased with. And when the strengthening class comes around again, I'm signing up for it again.

Moringa is amazing! I recently saw a recipe which called for the leaves as an ingredient.
I've also tried Kombucha tea and Ashwagandha Root powder.

I'd never heard of Moringa before so I looked it up and was surprised by the impressive list of symptoms it can be used for. I'll definitely be looking into it further. I love that you include supergreens in your diet. I don't know much about Pilates, but in PT I have been doing a lot of core strengthening exercises. I don't know if they are similar to pilates or not.

I like this list. Taking into 2019. I also found that Moringa was a life-changer for me. My head is way clearer than it had been for sadly longer than I can pinpoint; it was like some invisible weight had been lifted. Thankful to the Lord for this natural non-caffeine lift. I've been turned on to the world of super greens and I am grateful. Another add to 2018 was pilates.

The diabetic challenge for today was to look at natural energy boosters. They gave 8 solutions to that mid afternoon slump.
1 Go outside
2 Get some sun
3. Move around
4. Drink water
5. Do some inversion exercises like yoga poses where the heart is higher than the head.
6. Take a cat nap
7. Caffienne
8 A Caffienne nap - where you deink a caffienated beverage right before a nap so the caffienne kicks in afater about 15 minutes and you don't sleep long enough to feel groggy afterwards.

Which strategy works for you?

I did 1, 2 and 3 today - had to walk a little distance to my car to go and pick up one of the church gals who wanted to work at the sale. LOL!
