I took a new picture on my phone yesterday and saved it on my computer, I am not sure I have the program to transfer it,many programs I had were trial versions.I added some new free programs today but, when I tried to add a free office program and other programs through microsoft they turned up in Dutch. I tried contacting them online 7 times today and kept getting transferred to their site. I will try again tomorrow. Maybe some of the other free programs I added today in English will work.

I have pleurisy, 2 types of anemia, macrocytic anemia, Iron deficiency anemia, from blood transfusions with wrong antibodies, causes blood to replace daily instead of 100 days, chronic pneumonia, pleurisy, chronic kidney disease, a partially collapsed lung, low blood pressure & blood clots in both lungs for 3 years. Now formed scar tissue.I am 56 years old. I had cervical cancer 6 years ago, no signs last 4 years as well. I have new blood clots now,2019.I am on P.S.T. time zone.

I participate in online weight challenge, so I have monthly pictures showing my progress, but I have always been hesitant to post my picture. I have been so inspired by Lisa. Time to bite the bullet!

WOW! I saw the comments to 'Lisa' about pictures. Scrolled down and again I say 'WOW!' Brilliant. I've been doing this for years and haven't 'seen' much myself. Wow, I didn't expect that response! You guys made me feel so good! Thank you very much, this is why I love our 5% community! We may all be on different teams, but we are all working towards one goal!

IOWAGRAMMA, I hate pictures, you very rarely see me in photos, but my progression photos have become a very motivating force on my personal goal board. A bucket is soon filled with drops, each 5% challenge will make a difference, sometimes it may not be in body composition, but in your smile, posture or a new hair style!

Lynn, I used an online collage maker for my photos. It was pretty simple and painless (and it would have to be considering how tech challenged I am).

I am thrilled that so many of you are doing the photos! It will be an inspiration in tough times!

I don't usually bother with a photo, because a 5% loss seems like such a drop in the bucket and I know it wouldn't show up in a picture. But, when I see what Lisa has done, it makes much more sense in a couple of ways. First...it's not a 5% one and done (for me, at least). Second, it's the ongoing progress that makes the bigger difference (for me). And, there's pride in what you're doing for yourself, Lisa. That's simply awesome and fun to see! Thank you for sharing. And, Thanks to everyone else, too. I may have to rethink this. emoticon

We have done activities to help track our progress. Let's do one more for a Non-Scale Victory (NSV) - take a before picture this week and if you like you post it on your page. At the end of the challenge take another picture so you can see the difference 5% makes. Thinking of that future picture can help you visualize your success.

Save the outfit so you can wear it in your AFTER picture!
