Your Friend Feed is a great way to stay up-to-date with the activities of your SparkFriends and to share your activities, too. When you are on your Spark Page and hover over the picture of a friend, the status update appears and the date they updated.

I have many friends who are very active on Spark but seldom update their pages. One has not done an update in 1294 days. Do you have an active friend who can beat this record?

We are still recruiting for the 5% Challenge, could you please post a status update on your page inviting friends to join the challenge?

My update reads - you are invited to join the 5% Challenge.

Do you accept today's challenge to post a invitation on your status update on your SparkPage, which will show up on your Friend Feed?

It will be fun to see the friend feed and see how many of us did this.
