For Monday Night Football, 21 October 2019
New England Patriots at New York Jets

1st Downs: 22 = 110 squats,
Touchdowns: 4 = 28 push ups,
Field Goal: 1 + 1 safety = 6 lunges,
Holding the opp: 10 = 5 minutes of planks,
Interception: 3 = 30 calf raises.

On to Cleveland next week

Congrats on completing so much with the jet lag - I would have been just reclining on the couch emoticon . I figure any movement I am doing during the game is time not snacking and the high scoring games really cut into my beer consumption emoticon .

Bringing back our one day challenge for this Thursday night. If you want to do the challenge here it is:

It feels so great to be at 5-0! This week the New York Giants come to our turf. Let's go with the one day challenge again and cheer on our team. Here's how we do it.

Every time the Patriots get a 1st down: 5 squats

Every time the Patriots score a touchdown: 7 push-ups or modified push-ups

Every time the Patriots score a field goal: 3 lunges, on each side.

Every time the Patriots hold the Giants to no gain or loss: 30-second plank or modified
plank

Every time the Patriots make an interception: 10 calf raisers

This is just for fun. Only do what is safe for you or feel free to substitute a different exercise. Post your accomplishments on this thread tomorrow. Go Pats and go teammates.
