Frankie - your post is subversive. #2 - I mostly skip the walk, to read, sit in my massage chair, and take a nap. Does the massage chair earn any exercise points? Mine is pretty rough!

Many people have physical limitations keeping them from doing what I mentally keep myself from doing.

The only workout you regret is the one you don't do.

Nothing tastes as good as skinny feels. For those of you who are offended by the idea of "skinny", I admit it, I want to feel skinny again someday before I die! LOL My journey to feeling is skinny is also my road to healthy. emoticon

One day at a time adds up to month than years. Thinking small but look at the big picture also

What can you tell yourself when you are thinking of skipping a walk or a workout? That I have a grand master plan that I want to reach. It is only 30 minutes of my 12 hour day. I owe it to myself to give myself 30 minutes a day. I am important too.

Is there something you can tell yourself when you are reaching for that second helping or that cookie?

I worked so hard in my workout. I want to see the results. Is it really worth 30 minutes of exercise for a few minutes of eating a cookie?

Your lazy now, but after the workout the endorphins will kick & you'll feel great.

A couple seconds of enjoyment is not worth not reaching your goal and being who you truly want to be... stop for 30 seconds and rethink what you really really want. You want to be lean, fit and happy.
