This is the Reporting thread that I used for the Team this week. Every Leader designs their own reporting thread, but what you will see on your team is the reporting for weight, Cardio and Strength Minutes and ITCs. How the teams are ranked.

Weight loss by % lost (this is a team total)
ITC points breaks a tie.

Strength and Cardio Minutes are to encourage a healthy lifestyle, but do not factor into the team scores.
The weekly top teams in Cardio and Strength do get acknowledged and Wonder—woman designs an award that me,beers can download and display on their page.

Yes every team has their own private pages. There is a new team page created for every challenge. We are heading into the last week of the Challenge. We will be assigning new members to their individual team shortly after that. A team leader will send you an invite through Sparkmail to join the team.

Obstacle(s): I had several days it took a bit to get moving because of pain.
Victorie(s): I was able to meet my 7,500 step goal 6 out of 7 days last week, and 5 of those days I surpassed 10k steps. Something I'm extremely happy about, I lost 5.6 pounds this past week.

CHALLENGE

*Choose your virtual Halloween costume and name. Post them in a reply on this thread.
*Post a photo that best resembles your costume in the same reply.

Wearing your virtual costume ENTER the Halloween Haunted House.

Once you pass through the door there is NO return. The only way OUT is forward.

If your DARE, face each MONSTER, do what you are ASKED and be allowed to PASS.

#1 Frankenstein's Monster is lurking just beyond the door. He challenges you to do 5 minutes of exercise warm up if you dare to get past him and continue into the depth of this eerie house.

#2 Moon Monster is always watching. Loves the Moon Walk. Get started, standing or seated in the chair provided. Keep this one happy or else. LINK: www.youtube.com/watch?v=eYT48mu-TIc

#3 You are caught between the Mummy and the Monster. Have you started to tremble? To get out of this scary spot run for your life. Or walk, bike, swim-----

#4 It's the hair raising pumpkin. Is your spine tingling? He can be vicious if you fail to do 20 reverse lunges on each leg. Oh no! Do you hear that shriek? Someone tried to skip one.
(Modify with back leg raises)

#5 You have found the ghastly ghoul . Stand strong. Don't faint or tremble in terror. This Vampire will leave no teeth marks if you do the exercise he has scavenged for you. So get down on the floor and get ready to gasp. He assigns you 15 push ups. (Modify with wall push ups.)

#6 Watch out in the dark. Do not get tangled in this web the spider doth weave . To get around and possibly make it out of this ghostly house, you must do 10 triceps dips either with legs extended or knees bent. Or Seated Dumbbell Concentration Curls.

#7 Since the skeleton has a Funny Bone, you have to keep him laughing. Do the Hokey Pokey then skip right past him while he is bent over laughing. LINK : www.youtube.com/watch?v=d6d6Avbpjf8

#8 One more hurdle, the deadly Werewolf, before you can flee this creepy haunted house. Wail, scream, moan but do a Reverse Plank or 10 Seated Knee Raises. Then you can haul out of here.

You made it out with all limbs attached and maybe a little bit healthier. Now collect your well earned points.

10/26 Day 2: 1 Point --- Vacuumed, Dusted, Wiped Down all surfaces during cleaning of the living room, craft room, spare room, Adams Room, My bedroom. Moved Steven's stuff to the bottom of the stairs that he left in various rooms of the house so he can take it up when he goes back to his room upstairs. (husbands - sheesh) (1 1/2 Hours)

I wanted to let you know that even though I am running the week from Thursday through Wednesday for the practice rounds, some teams also start their week on Wednesday. I don’t know why there is two different start days, as it was decided before I took on a leadership role.

We can chat in here it will mean searching for your reports, or if you prefer we can start a separate thread. Let me know if you prefer a separate thread. If not I have no objections to you copying your last post and replying to keep your report near the top.

Hi Welcome to the Biggest Loser Challenge. We are offering you the opportunity to take part in the last three weeks of the challenge. This will give you a better understanding of how to participate in the challenge before you are assigned to a team for the Winter Challenge. There are two challenges per week, one a Fitness Challenge and the other a Nutritional Challenge. I will take part in these challenges with you.

Day one Starts Wednesday October 24th.



WEEK EIGHT FITNESS ITC: FALL CLEANING



This week is our clutter-removal challenge, in an effort to down-size things around us that may be providing extra stress. Perfect timing for getting ready for the holidays!

For instance, does your car need to be cleaned or straightened? How about your closet? Your room? Your office at work? Is there a box you've been meaning to go through or does the kitchen cabinet need more room those Halloween goodies? Well, THIS is the week! What better time to get things in order but the present?

And while you're sprucing up the house, you can be getting in some heavy duty exercise. A two-for-one deal this week!

CHALLENGE
Accomplish each of these things this week:
1. Sort
2. Clean
3. Move
4. Toss

SCORING
1 pt. for each of 6 days you accomplish one of the tasks and 1 rest day. (Max pts 7)
Bonus: 10 pts. for doing all 7 days. (Max 10 pts.)
Possible points = 17

WEEK EIGHT NUTRITION ITC: EAT A RAINBOW



From everything we read it is apparent that we need to eat 5 or more servings of fruits and vegetables each day.

Eat fruit or veggies (freggies) from 3 colors of the Rainbow 5 days this week.

Post in your team chat room how you combined your fruit or veggies once this week.

Earn 1 point for each day you eat a rainbow. (Max 5 pts.)
Earn 10 bonus points for eating a rainbow all 5 days.
Earn 5 points for posting in the chat room.
Possible points = 20.

M&M's and Skittles don't count!
