Turtle Beach, Fiji
1. Set 1 goal for Summer Challenge. Write it down and post it where you can easily see it. Plan to work on that goal particularly throughout the 10 week challenge.

HEAD FOR THE BEACH 5/31-6/6

It is summertime. So lets head for famous beaches of the world.

OUR GOAL IS TO VISIT 100 BEACHES AS A GROUP

CHALLENGE
Do the tasks at each beach.
Visit the beaches in any order you wish.
Do as many as you want in a day.
If you complete them and want to start over, do it.
Add your Beaches to the Tracking Thread


Nungwi Beach, Zanzibar
1.. Plan 2 quick and easy healthy meals.
2.. Do a minimum of 10 minutes of exercise. If you are physically unable to do 10 minutes yet, decide what you are able to do.


Turtle Beach, Fiji
1. Set 1 goal for Summer Challenge. Write it down and post it where you can easily see it. Plan to work on that goal particularly throughout the 10 week challenge.

Langkaawi Beach, Malaysia
1. Contact a teammate who is taking part in this challenge to encourage them to head for the beach..
2. Eat 3 healthy food choices.
3. Do 5 ST exercises.


Palm Beach, Sydney Austratia
1. Stay within your calorie range today.
2. Post in your own team's chat thread one thing you hope to accomplish during Summer Challenge.


Pink Sands Beach, Bahamas
1. Take 20 minutes to eat one meal.
2. Get your cardio exercise done.
3. In the Chit Chat thread on the All Teams, post an affirmation, quote, hint for healthy lifestyle, favorite recipe, encouragement. Just make it something you think will help others along their journey.


Punalu'u Beach, Beach, Hawaii
1. Post your starting weight on team page.
2. Do some strength training (ST)

*The first member to VISIT A BEACH will start a list with #1.
*They will put the number, their name, the initials of their team and the Beach.
*After that each of us will copy and paste the list to add our names, teams and Beaches.

Example:

1. Member one-EG-

3. Next member-SD-
4.

When we reach #100, we will have met our goal. WooHoo!
