I have only tried it one day this week, but I noticed I wasn't near as hungry throughout the day & didn't eat as much. Thanks for posting your findings!!

I'm finding myself stalled after losing 5 lbs & I've been this way for 2+ weeks. I think I will experiment with this & see if I can get the scale & the tape measurer to move. I like the idea of not eating as much during the rest of the day. Most of my calories have been coming with supper & I think that might be my problem.

I don't know that I eat 30 grams, since I have never measured it, but I do eat a high protein breakfast. I find it holds me longer and I want less to eat the test of the day. I do have some carbs with breakfast, but mot much. I eat about 1300 calories a day and 500-600 is breakfast.

Has anyone heard of eating 30 grams of protein in the morning to rev up your weight loss? If so, how does it work? Does one eat any carbs with it?
