Who would like to participate in a walk/run 5k challenge for this team? Post your time (as many times as you like). At the end of September TWO goodies will be given out to the two winners. ONE for fastest walk time. One for fastest walk/run time. So you will need to post which class and your time. I will put an example at the bottom. Only September walk/run activity days will qualify so if you are posting on a different day than you accomplished your time please add the date. PLEASE be honest. The last day for posting a time is September 30.


EXAMPLE: 5K walk 50:24 on 9/10/12
EXAMPLE: 5K walk/run 20:13 Today
