Janice, did you ever tried WW they came out with a new program?Color code program. I been using my new planner I like it a lot. I use lose it app. I bought my planner from Amazon it is called Eat drink healthy. I put a link on our daily post.

yes, finally they had to blast the stone, but they did get it all, now it's just a bad memory......this morning when I stepped on the scale it was 197.4, not bad considering I was away the beginning of last week, now to get back to reality

Janice, Do you like Rice cake? They have different flavors and you can put Peanut butter. Pop corn, wheat thins. I been trying not to snack at night time, I am good Sunday through Thursday. I try to stop eating after 7 I go to bed around 11 so. On Weekend comes I eat lot jink food.

I know this sounds just miserable, but I just did some light research on aging and tips for sweating more cals/fat off...INDOORS ONLY with it cool inside and lots of water, Wear fall clothes during work out! A lightweight hoodie or long sleeves and wear yoga pants/leggings...

For my self I have more hard time I ate more ice cream. I get more lazy.
To hot out.

Meal plan is key and meal prep. Drink lots of water. Journal. Can use free apps, buy cute notebooks. Pretty pens.

Thanks Amy, I don't have the pain in my left side like I did last week, but I don't think I passed the stone yet either.....I feel like a camel I'm drinking so much water & cranberry juice. This morning I stepped on the scale, not a good idea cause I had only been up 1/2 hour but the scale said 194.6, so I don't put too much stock in that, I'll wait until tomorrow morning when I be up for a little while before I weigh myself.

I'm still waiting to pass the stone, I'm drinking my water, I get my 2 cup jars set up in the fridge, so when I get done with one I get another one out, I've had 6 glasses so far. If I don't pass it by next wed. I have to have it surgically removed. Oh and this morning I was 196.6, so still doing ok on that front.

everything is going good, I think, on Tues & Thurs I don't weigh myself, because I get up at 5 am and leave the house for work at 5:30 am, so not sure where I am right now, but my food & eating plan is all the place this week. I did manage to get to the gym on Mon. for a workout on the machines, today too much going on with a meeting tonight ( Aux. County meeting), I have Zumba tomorrow night for an hour, then Thurs- 2 jobs, Fri & Sat all day work. Thank you for the encouragement

It is very hard.

still at the high 190 mark, I received a free pass to a gym from my Insurance Co. so I'm trying to work out a little more other than just going to Zumba, and I'm still trying to figure out what to eat, I read so many different diet tips I get totally confused then forget what I did when I was losing weight. I'm finding also when I work on Thurs. (2 part-time jobs) my second job I bring my lunch usually a salad with pro. and a snack for the afternoon, sometimes I get so busy I don't get a chance to eat, so now I'm bringing a Atkins shake that is low in carbs and high in pro, something I can handle.
