Didn't get in a walk yesterday completely slept though half the day super tired but up extra early to get something done I'm going to the local gym today to sign up and have the treadmill to work with my complex gym is always super busy on top of being extra small there's a gym in the complex but just not big enough so I'm going to try and double up today for what I missed yesterday

I'm making it one day at a time

Today was a good day but I believe I overdid it I walked 32 mins and didn't stop sweating for about a hour later and then my feet started hurting so tomorrow I will do no more then 20 mins to start and work my way back up to my 60 min I used to do

I walk 3 to 5 miles daily. Right now most of that is indoors because of our Las Vegas temps. Walking is my absolute favorite form of exercise. I miss it when I don’t get my walk in.

Who would like to also join me in another simple challenge for those of us not moving or walking or working out for the month of August lets start by walking at least 15 mins 4 to 5 days a week or at least what you can to start off so if 15 is not doable do what you can for the duration of the month
