Living in a mobile home does lend well to many of the videos that are out there, our home is old and I am not sure that they would hold up to me flailing around our living room. My dream is a stationary recumbent bike. I am trying to get DH to buy me one, but I am not exactly sure where I would put it.

I think my favorite piece of equipment is the elliptical. I'm able to workout without my knees aching.

I purchased a "Biggest Loser DVD" that I'm using for strength training. I don't love it, but I'm using it.

I love to dance. Not in front of people, just in my basement. It's great cardio and it makes me feel good.

I have a bunch of videos, and I use some. Thier high energy, so it's not for everyone. I really like Turbo Jam from Beach Body right now. (one of those infomercials) I use a variety of those videos, and love it. I definitly shaved some inches off my waist and hips, which is soo important to me.

I also like my Winsor pilates videos(infomercial again!), but only the one for hips and buns. It's something I can do and really feel like I'm tonign up. They do have an 'aerobic' pilates video which I do when I don't really feel like a hard workout. My daughter likes it too!

I have the Biggest Loser videos, but I don't use them much. They're okay, but kinda choppy, bc each section that you choose is 10-20 minutes, and I'd rather have a flowing workout. Although I should try those when I'm short on time. (which I often am.)

Lisa, What is Zumba? I think I've heard of it before, but I'm not sure.

The Eat Clean Diet by Tosca Reno is my FAVORITE book on nutrition!

I do Zumba every morning for exercise and love it! I'm actucally considering getting certified to teach it locally. It will go along with my health/wellness business!
