I posted this information several months ago ... it is probably a good idea to remind ourselves of the benefits of these foods.

The 8 are:
Spinach
Yogurt
Carrots
Tomatoes
Blueberries
Black Beans
Walnuts
Oats

There are several good places to find information about these foods and why you should be eating them ... and also substitutes for them if you don't like them. Just google "8 foods you should eat every day" and you should find lots of info.
