I leave a 16-oz glass full of water on the nightstand beside my bed each night. I'm so thirsty when I wake up in the morning, after not drinking for so many hours -- and I immediately get in my first two cups of water for the day before I even head downstairs. It gets me off to a good start.

Sounds like a plan to me. I've been on an off this site for almost a year now, and have found that the more I track what I am doing, the more motivated I am to make small changes. So far i've managed to at least sign on for the last two days, and since the weather has been getting nicer, walking is my favorite way to exercise. Good luck Erieites!

Well here we go again ... I hope I get some takers.

I'll keep this simple:

1. Find time to exercise for at least 15 minutes 5 days each week.
2. Track your food and stay in your range daily
3. Get plenty of sleep
4. Get plenty of water
5. Come to our team page and post something each day!!!

If we follow this plan I hope each of you will lost at least 1 pound each week ...
