Hi, everyone! Here is the March challenge.

We will monitoring our support to other team members and tracking nutrition, water intake and cardio. You will get 1 point for each team member you post a comment on their sparkpage, 1 point for 30 minutes of cardio, 1 point for each minute over 30 minutes of cardio, and 1 point for drinking 8 glasses of water. If you do the daily challenge you receive 5 points.

All of these components make us successful at losing weight. We need to give and receive support, track our food intake, exercise, and drink water.
