I did these challenges in my little office. The child's pose could have been mistaken for prayer!
Thank you for incorporating stretches into your daily exercise challenges. They feel great.

emoticon for a week of great challenges ... it really helps to have something 'at hand' to fall back on when other exercise plans don't happen. It is also great motivation for daily exercise.
