emoticon Ouch... what were the back shots for?? I was supposed to get some in 2000 but declined ... the best choice I've ever made. It started me on my road to better living. I chose a chiropractor for my problem ... took him almost 2 years to get my back aligned ... now I'm doing great and can usually get past any pain ( only about 0nce every six weeks or so) with meds before bed. I've been lucky! I've noticed even less trouble since my knee replacements in 2007!

I missed yesterdays challenge. Couldn't get the video to run. I'll get today's in early as I get shots in my back this morning and have to take it easy the rest of the day. Never thought I'd miss exercise this much. emoticon
