Worked out this morning in the free weight room. Calf raises and squats done! By the time I got done, my truck was covered with at least 5 inches of snow. This weather is always making the news. emoticon

The challenge for 1/28 is for our legs. 3 sets of 20 calf raises and 3 sets of 15 squats with or without weights.
