The challenge for today is to work on our arms. Do one exercise for your biceps and another exercise for your triceps. Do three sets of 15 for each exercise.

Exercises for your biceps could be bicep curls or hammer curls. Tricep exercises could be tricep dips or tricep kickbacks.

For those of you who workout at home and don't have weights use cans for weights.
