I'm keeping the same challenge as last week. It seems the hardest thing to get back to basics on is the exercise ... we always need the water. However ... instead of calorie points ... I'm substituting freggies (fruits and vegetables).

1 pt for every 15 minutes of cardio (your choice) each day,
1 pt for each strength video (your choice) each day
1 pt for having 5 freggies each day
1 pt for getting 8 glasses of water a day

Since it isn't mandatory to weigh in I'll use weight loss as bonus points again this week.

If you have any problems ... need support ... have questions ... have successes you can e-mail, daily chat, post on a sparkpage or blog etc. ... Keep in touch!

I'll post the standings on Saturday ... January 31.

It's OK if you don't want to weigh-in for the mini challenges ... these challenges are meant to get us back to basics ... and create healthy living habits that become part of our every day lives.
