emoticon Great job ... any weight loss is a plus!!! Keep in mind that when you are losing slowly, you are also taking the time to change eating and exercise habits ... those are the things that will keep the weight off once you reach your goal. In the meantime ... try checking your inches once in a while. I've found that I'll lose a little ... then stabilize ... at that point it seems the inches start to go and then the process starts all over again.

I struggled last week because I felt like I worked so hard and then the scale stopped. I kept motivated because so many of you told me that the scale isn't the only thing that matters. I was feeling good about what I have accomplished and know that I am benefiting everytime I push it when I am having a hard time! Good luck!

I am doing the new you bootcamp and loving it! I am down 7 lbs. since the start of it. I have been working really hard and eating well! Of course there is always the hills but I seem to be making it! Hope you are too!

I'm not doing as well with the bootcamp as I had hoped. It is difficult to adapt some of the exercises to fit my needs. I try to substitute other similar exercises but the motivation is getting lost. I'm not getting in my extra cardio like I planned. Seems this cold weather is taking it's toll on these old bones (and they are feeling really old for the last 3 days).
Did anyone else struggle this week?
What are you doing to keep motivated.

Oh how I long for the warm weather and Saturday walks at Presque Isle!

I guess it's time to get a group of 'Mall Walkers' started. Anyone else interested??? Suggest Days and times so I can work on setting something up.

How is everyone making out with the new you bootcamp? Now that I've gotten my computer fixed and can track things again I'm having trouble finding time for getting things entered.

I figure I can record a couple extra a day and should be caught up by the end of the week.

I like the bootcamp videos ... they really keep me motivated. It is even easier getting my other exercises in for the day!

I haven't heard from any of you to find out if you started the New You Bootcamp today ... if so how did you make out. I'm finding the hardest thing is just getting back into a routine ... but I'm doing it!
