The challenge is set up to keep you moving ... some challenges are a little more intense than others ... so most should be done in addition to your normal daily exercise routine. I know not everyone exercises daily, so this is just some fun things to do to keep us on our toes until Christmas.

Only put an x on the things you do ... if you don't do one of the challenges just don't record it. I'll tally up the buddy x's each week to see where we all stand.

Have fun with it ... if you don't have an area to workout by your computer, you can always print a copy of the exercise to carry with you to another room.
