Here are our daily Countdown to Christmas mini challenges ...

* EACH TIME you complete a challenge you will come back to this same thread and click [EDIT] to update your stats. Then place an 'X' on the line to indicate which challenges you have completed. If you didn't do a challenge just leave the line blank.

* WATER - each day you should consume 8 glasses of water.

* CALORIES: stay within your calorie range each day.
