Well, Stickgirl ... it looks like you are the "Head of the Family!!!"

Don't forget to check the September challenge thread for the days challenges and post them on your family thread so they know what they need to do for points.

On Monday I started the Spark People boot camp ... and added a little spark to Tuesday's fruits and veggies. I have a couple of change ups for the water challenge just to make it a little more interesting. I'll probably post that for Thursday.

Good luck ... and I hope we see all of you at the picnic on Saturday.

starting weight 161
monday 6 cups of water, the only veggies i got was my salad lol.
tuesday 12 cups of water, again only veggies were lettuce =
monday i ran for 45 minutes, walked 15.
tuesday i walked a total of 2 miles, not sure how long it took though.

Ok...really sorry that I've been MIA. With the beginning of school, starting two grad classes, helping plan my sisters wedding, and cleaning up everything after my wedding I've been super busy.

Starting weight was 141.9

I've had 8 glasses of water every day this week.
Fruits and veggies not so much, only Monday (yesterday) and Tuesday(today) for those.
As for exercise I do my elliptical for 30 minutes every day and get about 2.5 to 3 miles in depending on my mood, so i'm good in that department.

Okay, weight is still fluctuating--254.8 last Wednesday (was 252.4 the week before).
I get 8-10 glasses of water a day, even if I can't bear to sit at the computer to log on due to head aches.
The fruits/veggies are no problem (now that the harvest season is here!)--count me in for 6-8 per day, if not more! I literally open the fridge for a tomato for a snack before breakfast when I take my 1st head ache pill in the am.

The closest comparison I found for walking 5000 steps is to bike for 35 minutes or stationary bike (moderate) for 45 minutes. They all burn around 350 calories.

There are going to be days when walking in Erie might not be an option ... like Saturday! I'm not supposed to do treadmill walking so I have to find something else on those days.

I weigh 147
I ALWAYS drink my 8 glasses of water so count me in there.

I stink at fruits & veggies on the weekends so if you combine the days I may have gotten 5!

As for fitness...I don't know how to measure, I'm not a walker, but I should get pts for when I workout. We walked a mile yesterday and I did Crossfit on Sat....we need to figure something out 'cuz that's totally worth some pts.

OK ladies, I think this is us. I'll try to be the main poster & coordinator. I'll also be the cheerleader (I'm loud mouthed, LOL)!
TimsBride offered to be scorekeeper approx. 3hrs & 58 mins before Laura..haha! You two decide!
