This can be done sitting. Grab a canned good, use it as a weight to do arm lifts...10 each arm.

done. I could not go very high, but I was sitting down when I did it. I don't know if I could have gone higher standing or not.

Encourage another team member who does not post that often to post on the boards.

I loved that one Carla!! Done...I could raise my arms and praise God all night!!!

Hold both hands together behind your back, now raise them high as you can while keeping your back straight as possible. Do this ten times.

REALITYSHOWGIRL - If you can't do a push-up, try wall push-ups. Stand facing a wall, place hands on the wall, and feet back far enough that you're leaning. Using only your arms, lower your body towards the wall (keep back straight), then push yourself up away from the wall. As that gets easier, then do the same thing but placing your hands on the edge of a table, counter top, washing machine, etc. You're slowly building up arm strength until you can do a regular push up. You can search SP for wall pushups and incline pushups for a demonstration.

Marching done.

Next... Reach both arms all the way up, then back down. Do as many as you can in 30 seconds. For a fun twist (and a spiritual boost!), shout a praise to God every time your arms go up!

Good grief, LaTonya!! And here I thought I was doing good by doing 10 washer push-ups (I can't do a regular one yet, and even the washer push ups are hard for me) each time I went through my bathroom! LOL 100?? That's inspiring!! Glad to see I'm not the only one using bathroom breaks as exercise breaks, though. Funny!

Next... tighten your abs, hold one second, then release... do 10 of these
